Aligned a scaling organization around a single product North Star.

During Knock’s rapid expansion in 2021, teams were moving fast but without a shared product vision to guide their efforts. I defined a clear, companywide vision that aligned teams, sharpened priorities, and ensured we were solving the customer problems with the greatest impact.

Uncovered and influenced a revenue pivot that took Knock to EBITDA positive.

I led research that uncovered a better way for Knock to grow—then influenced the C-suite to bring that shift to life. This pivot opened up a new, high-performing revenue channel and renewed confidence across the business. Knock became EBITDA positive for the first time in 2025 due to this work.

Led the core platform that reduced user stress and scaled Knock’s experience.

I led the zero-to-one research and design of Knock’s Buy-Before-You-Sell platform—serving three distinct user groups while creating one consistent, connected, scalable experience. It is the backbone of how users engage with the product today.
